Right of return
We have a 30-day money back guarantee. H. You have 30 days after receipt of the goods to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You can initiate a return by contacting us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and fix the issue.
Exceptions / non-exchangeable items
Sorry, we cannot accept returns for clearance items or gift cards.
The quickest way to get an exchange is to initiate the return of the unwanted item. Once the return has been accepted, you purchase the new item separately.
We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return. We will then let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If this is the case, your refund will be automatically sent to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
